"BACKLASH THE DENIM" is a new collection line dedicated to denim (jeans) that will be developed as a staple. We re-focus on "denim," which has a universal position in the men's fashion scene, and propose denim products that will not fade and will become more attractive over time.

We use "HIROSHIMA selvage denim" with stretch as the base material, woven with different thicknesses of warps and wefts, using 7-count black yarn for the warps and 8-count special white yarn for the wefts. By using special white yarn for the wefts, even with just a simple one-wash, the denim fabric has a very profound texture. For the light-colored finish (light black), partial shaving is performed, and after shaping with a press, the entire surface is abraded again. After that, eco-bleaching is applied to remove some black, and then stone washing and overdying processes are performed, followed by neutralization, and then gradual removal of black with another eco-bleaching process. The finished product is processed denim with fine partial damage. The text on the pocket lining, "REACH FOR THE MOON EVEN IF WE CAN'T. ?月に手を伸ばせ、たとえ届かなくても。 (Reach for the moon, even if we can't.)" is a rock word that still inspires designer Isamu Katayama.

The NEW authentic straight silhouette was created by re-examining and reconsidering the general straight silhouette, which can be called the basic silhouette. The rise is moderately deep, and the silhouette is a neat straight shape that tapers toward the hem. This brushed-up silhouette, which emphasizes classic/staple styles, will be a new staple bottom line that supports a variety of styles. It features a front zipper fly, original tack buttons engraved with the brand name, and a basic 5-pocket design.
