• Once an order has been placed and confirmed on our online store, we cannot accept any changes to the product, size, shipping address, or cancellations. Please review the confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.
• If an order is returned due to prolonged absence or refusal to receive, we may refuse re-ordering or re-shipment.
• If a shipment is returned due to refusal or prolonged absence, we may charge the round-trip shipping fee.
• We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns for customer-related reasons such as differences in impression after inspection or fitting. Please consider color, size, and pattern carefully before ordering.
  * Leather products may vary individually. We recommend purchasing in-store when possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our staff.
• Colors and texture may look different depending on your PC environment, especially your monitor. Such differences are considered customer-related.

The cooling-off system applies to door-to-door sales and similar cases where a customer enters into a contract unexpectedly or by mistake. For online purchases, the procedure is based on the customer's own intention; therefore, the cooling-off system does not apply.

Before shipping, our staff carefully inspects each item. If we find any defects or the item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you. If you find a defect after delivery, please contact us directly before returning the item. Please note that we may be unable to accept returns sent without prior contact.

If an item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please send it by cash on delivery (collect).

Also, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases. Please check the product immediately after delivery.

1. Items returned more than 8 days after delivery/receipt (please check the contents promptly).
2. Used/worn items, or items that have been altered, washed, or cleaned.
3. Items with the invoice, original tags, or labels removed or lost.
4. Items that have strong odors, stains, scratches, or other damage (including fitting/trying on) and are significantly different from the condition at shipment.
5. Items returned in a condition significantly different from when delivered (including box damage and missing/damaged accessories).
6. Items with sealed packaging opened (where the packaging is part of the product).
7. Hygiene products such as underwear (leggings) and earrings/piercings.
8. Pre-order items and other non-returnable items as specified by our store. (Convenience store payment may not be available for certain pre-order items.)

We take great care when shipping your order. However, if there is any discrepancy with your order, please contact our staff within 8 days of delivery/receipt. We will confirm your order and arrange an exchange promptly.

We will cover the shipping cost for exchanges. However, if the returned item is significantly different from its original condition at shipment (e.g., washing, alterations, damage), we cannot accept the return.

• If you wish to return an item, please be sure to contact us via the "Contact" page on our website or by phone before returning it.
• Please try on shoes indoors only. Outdoor try-on is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Please be careful to avoid transferring odors (perfume, cosmetics, tobacco, etc.) or stains to the product while trying it on.
• Shoe boxes and cases for goods/accessories are considered part of the product. If you return an item with shipping labels or packing tape attached directly to such packaging, it will be treated as customer-caused damage and cannot be returned.
  * If the item is defective and stock is available, we will exchange it for the same item. If exchange stock is not available, we will issue a refund.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your bank account details. (If we receive your request after 3:00 PM, it will be handled on the next business day.) Please note we may not be able to accommodate same-day deposits or your preferred date.
• During exhibitions or long holidays, refunds may not be processed for about 10–14 days. In such cases, our staff will inform you.
• For credit card payments, we will process a cancellation/refund through the card company. Depending on your card issuer and billing cycle, refunds may be carried over to the following month. Please contact your card issuer for details.

All items sold in our store are new and unused. Some items may have variations in finish, dyeing, or processing depending on the manufacturing method or brand intention. By placing an order, you are considered to have understood these characteristics. We cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges due to differences in impression.

For repairs, please contact our staff regarding the malfunction or damaged area. Whether the repair is paid or free will be discussed and estimated when the item arrives. (Please note that some items may not be repairable.)
Shipping costs for sending and returning the item for repairs are the customer's responsibility.
