We use 1.0mm thick CHROMEXCEL leather, a representative leather made by HORWEEN (US), which is tanned using traditional methods that have remained unchanged for over 100 years. The tannery carefully selects only steerhide raw hides of 2.5mm thickness or more from a large quantity of raw hides, and the selected raw hides are finished with a combination tanning process. A special blend of characteristic oils, including more than 4 types of oils such as beef tallow, beeswax, vegetable oil, and fish oil, is then applied and soaked into the leather, creating the special cowhide "CHROMEXCEL leather." By carefully and slowly soaking the leather with oils over time and with effort, despite being a thick leather with high fastness, it contains a lot of oil and has a soft, chewy texture that contradicts its substantial feel. This texture continues to be highly regarded as a unique luxury leather unmatched by others. It is a "tea core" leather with a hill dye finish, and you can enjoy the unique aging process of "tea core" leather, where the base color emerges with continued wear/use.

This belt features a brass roller square buckle on a 3.5cm wide belt strap. The design is intentionally simple, and by sewing two pieces of Chromexcel leather together, the belt body achieves both durability and a comfortable fit.
