The brand's iconic double and single rider's jacket designs, "1254-02" and "1254-01," have been specially produced for the main stores with a change in the base leather material. Like the standard models, these are leather jackets with a tight silhouette achieved through our original manufacturing technique of garment dyeing and shrinkage finishing. However, they use a leather material that offers an exceptionally comfortable fit. The unique texture created by the garment dyeing process is harmonized with a soft wearing comfort.
Based on 0.8mm thick Hokkaido calf leather, produced domestically by one of Japan's leading tanneries with a commitment to domestic quality, the leather is finished in a pale milky white (light beige) during the tanning stage, known as white tanning, and then garment dyed. The leather, painstakingly tanned to a white shade, allows for very vibrant and pale colors to be achieved during garment dyeing. Furthermore, compared to conventional calf leather that is garment dyed from its raw state, this leather, even after garment dyeing and shrinking, boasts an exceptionally soft and highly flexible texture. It also has a relatively subdued grain and sheen, with a calm, matte texture that forms the base appearance, which will age over time. You can wear it with an outstandingly comfortable fit, thanks to its soft, skin-hugging texture. Utilizing the soft and light feel of the leather, it is designed for a relatively tight fit, yet it is crafted into a sharp silhouette leather jacket that can be worn extremely casually.
