"BACKLASH THE DENIM" A new collection line dedicated to denim (jeans) that will be developed as a staple. It refocuses on "denim," which holds a universal position in the men's fashion scene, and proposes denim products that will not fade but instead increase in charm over time. This is a collaboration item featuring denim wear produced by BACKLASH, distressed by hand by Mr. Kosuke Matsui. The base material used is "HIROSHIMA Selvedge Denim" blended with stretch, woven with 7-count indigo core-spun yarn for the warp and 8-count natural yarn for the weft, varying the thickness of the warp and weft yarns. By using natural yarn for the weft, even with a simple one-wash, the atmosphere achieves a deeply expressive look. For the dark indigo treatment, partial shaving is performed, and after shaping with a press, the entire garment is rubbed again. Then, after going through the processes of 3D processing, stonewash, and overdying, it is finished with a spray process to create subtle gradations, resulting in a distressed denim. This is a 2nd type G-jacket, which can be called the representative work jacket. It is equipped with button-type side adjusters, characteristic of the 2nd type, allowing the wearer to adjust the waist fit even while wearing it, considering convenience.
