"BACKLASH THE DENIM" is a new collection line dedicated to denim (jeans) that will be developed as a staple. Focusing once again on "denim," which holds a universal position in the men's fashion scene, this collection proposes denim products that do not fade and increase in appeal over time.
The base material used is "HIROSHIMA selvedge denim" with a stretch blend, woven with different warp and weft thread thicknesses, using 7-count black thread for the warp and 8-count black thread for the weft. For the "one-wash black," by also using black thread for the weft, the deep black color remains even after a simple one-wash, resulting in a durable black denim that can be worn for a long time. The text on the pocket lining, "REACH FOR THE MOON EVEN IF WE CAN'T. ?月に手を伸ばせ、たとえ届かなくても。(Reach for the moon, even if we can't.)," is a rock word that continues to inspire designer ISAMU KATAYAMA.
The skinny silhouette has a good amount of room from the waist to the knees and is tight from the knees down. The moderate rise and sufficient room around the hips create an original silhouette that, despite being a skinny silhouette, offers excellent ease of movement. A slightly longer hem zipper is attached. This design improves the casual feel while creating a neat and cohesive tight skinny silhouette. It features a front button fly, with all buttons being original brand tack buttons. A back pocket flasher with a laser engraving on special leather is also attached.
