We have utilized "Japan Calf Leather" sourced from Hokkaido and finished by one of the country's leading tanners, adhering to our commitment to purely domestic production—a hallmark we continue to incorporate into our leather wear as a standard material. Its highly elastic, supple texture feels comfortable in the hand and is easy to handle. While calfskin is known for its flexibility, this leather is characterized by the formation of unique, deep, three-dimensional wrinkles that ripple across the surface. The base, in its natural state, is beautifully dyed as leather before the product is constructed. Afterward, the finished piece is washed and tumbled to create friction and shrinkage, resulting in a distinctive, undulating presence. It is finished using the same process as our leather wear made with Japan calf leather.
