Made from high-quality domestic chrome-tanned steer leather, this leather is characterized by its large size yet remarkably few imperfections given the high standard of inspection. It is a luxurious leather with a very smooth feel, comfortable flexibility, and a beautiful appearance. The color is a deep, lustrous "black."
Utilizing the soft and light characteristics of the leather described above, a swing top pattern developed for the Yohji Yamamoto collection has been released in this collaboration. By reducing the leather thickness to 0.6mm, even with the amount of leather used, it feels lighter than it looks, making it a leather jacket that can be worn casually with a relaxed feel. Additionally, after the product is lightly washed, wrinkles are hand-applied to create a textured, less pristine finish, giving it a look characteristic of a collaboration.
This is a swing top developed for the Yohji Yamamoto Pour Homme collection. Despite its large size, we have used luxurious leather with very few imperfections, allowing for the back to be crafted from a single, seamless piece, creating a lavish and bold design.
