Tomoki Kotacho
In 1999, he established REFUSE as a place for creative activities, developing his own brand centered on silver accessories, providing designs and prototypes to other companies, and undertaking numerous directions.
He has participated in collections in Paris and New York, and in recent years has toured tattoo conventions in the United States, performing live metal engraving at venues, consistently creating dynamic forms by directly processing metal.
He also directs and styles for magazines and videos, and has collaborated with many musicians and artists.
