This leather is based on a unique calf leather produced by a historic tannery, boasting an unparalleled texture, a fine luster, and a noticeable abundance of oil. Furthermore, in the tanning process, white tannin is used to decolorize the leather to a pale milky white (light beige) before it is dyed. Leather that has been meticulously tanned to a whitish color allows for very vibrant colors during dyeing, and even black achieves a high-density finish. In addition, a polishing (mirror finish) is applied, resulting in a consistent, elaborate, and special leather crafted by GUIDI from start to finish.
