Made from 0.8mm thick domestic double shoulder leather. This leather is steeped in oil, more so than any other origin or type of leather used by Backlash, and then garment-dyed. Based on the thick, substantial, and hard texture of cowhide shoulders, the garment-dyeing process adds a rugged, uneven appearance with shading, creating a piece with a unique presence. Further impregnation with oil gives it the powerful feel of hard shoulder leather while making it very comfortable to wear. The initial somewhat stiff feel will gradually soften and become more supple with wear, and the luster will change, deepening into a rich, aged aesthetic.
The overall tight-fitting and sharp silhouette emphasizes the beauty of the legs, with a tight straight cut. However, for leather pants, it has a straight silhouette with a moderate amount of room at the waist, rise, and hips. While the initial shrinkage from the garment-dyeing process makes these leather pants feel quite tight at first, the aforementioned oil-infused base ensures that they gradually transform into a truly comfortable fit with repeated wear. Where strong tension is applied, the leather will not only conform but also stretch due to the initial shrinkage, creating a silhouette that perfectly matches your body shape. Features a front button fly and original tack buttons. The hems are unfinished; upon request, we will cut and finish them to your desired length.
