The base material is goat leather that has been meticulously tanned with tannin over a long period. Goat leather often has a rugged, stiff image, but by using a base material thoroughly infused with oil, it offers superior comfort compared to conventional goat leather. Since the core of the goat leather is brown and the surface is dyed black, as you wear it, the jet-black leather surface will rub, revealing the brown underneath and developing a vintage leather texture over time. Furthermore, during the finishing process, the leather surface undergoes a special shrinking process using a unique technique to create fine grain, resulting in a high-grade leather with an even finer and stronger grain pattern compared to conventional goat leather. The presence of this grain makes it resistant to friction and highly durable, while also providing elasticity, making it resistant to losing its shape. This garment is designed to be worn hard for many years, envisioning a deeply aged vintage leather jacket decades down the line.
These leather biker (motocross) pants are newly created with a reconstructed silhouette pattern, re-examining and developing leather pants that offer easy movement and significantly reduced stress while riding. Areas where tightness is undesirable are given moderate room, while the tight length base is refined without compromise. The most important design element for biker pants is the shirring. The pleated, elastic leather shirring panels, made from kangaroo leather with special processing, are meticulously crafted by a factory with extensive experience in producing rider's jackets, ensuring high technical skill and commitment to safety and functionality.
