The base is made of 0.8-0.9mm thick French double shoulder leather, tanned with vegetable tannins. The base leather, which contains a lot of oil, is then garment-dyed. During the garment-dyeing process, the leather is dyed to a lower concentration than the final color, and then wax is applied to the surface and ironed. The heat is carefully controlled to create a darker, burnt color. This process, combined with the shading and uneven texture from the garment dyeing, further enhances the tasteful, well-worn, and moderately natural vintage feel. This piece has a unique presence that is different from the Italian double shoulder garment-dyed series. While the base is a thick, substantial, and hard texture made from the shoulder leather of adult cattle, the added oiliness from the wax gives it a unique, smooth, pull-up leather texture. The initial firm feel, with its moderate crispness, will gradually become softer and more supple with wear, and the luster will change, deepening into an even more flavorful atmosphere.

This leather all-in-one is the realization of designer Katayama's vision, brought to fruition after years of development. While maintaining the brand's core concept of offering garment-processed leather wear that allows wearers to break in, stretch, and build their own unique shape, this leather overall is designed with a pitch that allows for an appropriate range of motion. The zippers are YKK's high-grade EXCELLA®. The elements are meticulously polished, allowing for smooth opening and closing of the zippers.
