After thoroughly impregnating the leather with oil during the tanning process, the calf crust is re-oiled in the drum while still in its base state to make it even softer. In addition to a smooth texture with calf-like flexibility, it also has a firmness similar to adult cattle and a moderately stiff thickness, providing a comfortable fit and expressing the powerful force inherent in leather, creating a unique leather texture characteristic of kip leather. It is a high-quality Italian leather with supple flexibility and a moist, smooth feel. Based on kip leather, a product dyeing process is applied. The uneven appearance with shadows from the product dyeing creates a unique and impressive pair of leather pants.
