Made from 0.8mm thick calf leather, meticulously crafted by one of Japan's leading tanneries with a focus on domestic production. Its resilient and supple texture readily conforms to the body, offering a comfortably soft, skin-hugging feel. While calf leather is known for its flexibility, this particular leather is characterized by its unique creasing, forming large, wave-like, three-dimensional wrinkles. This product utilizes a manufacturing technique that involves shrinking the leather through product dyeing, but in this case, the process involves only washing to shrink the material without dyeing. The undyed base leather is first dyed gray, then further dyed with white pigment. During the washing process, some of the white pigment is partially removed, creating a mottled appearance with a mix of gray and white. This white leather jacket is designed to inherently possess a dust-like texture, so there's less concern about wear-related dirt or discoloration. While retaining the brand's iconic presence, characterized by the undulating shrinkage achieved through tumbler processing during manufacturing, it eliminates color unevenness (mottling) and offers a highly stable fit due to better control over the shrinkage rate. The basic double rider's jacket design is solidly constructed with the brand's original pattern. It features a total of four zipper pockets: two vertical on the chest and two horizontal below, with double-strap adjusters on both sides of the waist, facing forward, giving it a distinct British feel. The lining, made of luxurious rayon fabric, ensures smooth sleeve insertion. The zippers are high-grade EXCELLA (Excella) from YKK, and the pull tabs feature an original brand design for practical use.
