The base material is a 12.5 oz. stretch denim fabric, offering a moderate thickness yet strong elasticity. Typically, denim is sewn in a crisp, flat state, with efficiency and productivity in mind. However, these pants are sewn carefully, one by one, without any glue, leaving the fabric in a wavy state. Because they are not glued, there is no shrinkage during the washing process, which removes the glue, resulting in denim pants with incredible stretch. The surface has a natural faded look reminiscent of vintage denim, and is handcrafted with a distressed and repaired finish. The leather patch is made of pigskin leather with a checkered pattern printed on it.
The overall fit is tight, creating a sharp, beautiful leg line, but the rise is slightly higher and the hips are roomier, creating the brand's popular "semi-sarouel silhouette" that skillfully balances a relaxed feel with a tight silhouette. The twisted seam from the side pocket to the hem adds an accent.
